What is an Online eConsultation? Unlike a face-to-face appointment, a remote consultation is done without you having to be in the same location. Instead, it is a consultation carried out remotely, via phone or through a video call.

Here at Liberty Wigs we  know that losing your hair or having lost your hair is a daunting and scary thought and process. So many questions to ask, not knowing where to start or look all adds to the fear and worry.

That’s why we offer Online eConsultations – to help you gain all the information and knowledge that you need to move forward and to help you make the perfect choice.

So, whether you are just setting out on your hair-loss journey and want to know what to expect or where to begin, or you’ve already experienced hair-loss, our friendly experts are here to help. We are specialists in our field for wigs, hair- loss and scalp care and we will discuss your needs, concerns, and answer any questions you may have alongside recommending styles and colours that will suit you matching your needs and wants.

We offer varied days and times for the eConsultations during the week to help fit into your schedule:

Tuesday’s 4pm -6pm

Wednesday’s 10am -12pm

Thursdays 4.30pm -6.30pm

The eConsultation lasts for 30 minutes. They are relaxed, friendly, confidential and a safe place for you to discuss your individual needs. Please note they get booked very quickly.

There is a booking fee of £30.00 to secure your place - However, after the consultation you will receive a voucher code via e mail for the value of £30.00 to redeem against any wig or product on the
LibertyWigs.Co.Uk website.

To book simply head over to the SHOP tab at the top of this page, you will see the option on the tool bar on the right stating eConsultations. Simply click and select options and add to cart and follow the process.  We will then contact you to introduce ourselves and get you booked in.
