Shipping & Delivery Information
UK Delivery
Delivery is FREE for any orders over £100.
Orders under £100 will be charged a flat rate of £4.95 for as many items you wish to place in your order.
It usually takes between 2- 5 working days to fulfil your order for UK manufacturers and 10 working days for overseas suppliers. The goods will then leave our central hub and will be sent on its way to you via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. If you’re not in to receive your hair mail the post workers are under guidance to leave a ‘While You Were Out’ card. You then can have the option of collecting from your local sorting office or rearranging a delivery.
Please ensure the delivery address is correct as any undelivered, returned orders will incur an extra postage cost for re-delivery.
You will be emailed within two working days of your order with an expected dispatch date.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you with an option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Although we cannot guarantee timed deliveries, we will always do our best if there is something you need, urgently – There may be a small extra charge to cover this service.
Europe and International Delivery
We send our wonderful customers from within Europe, their packages via the Royal Mail International Signed For. This service will require a signature on delivery. The cost of this service is £11.95. Royal Mail state that this service can take between three and fourteen working days, from the date of despatch. Please be aware that this is not a trackable service outside the UK.
We send our extraordinary customers from America and the rest of the world, their packages via the Royal Mail International Signed For. This service will require a signature on delivery. The maximum weight is 2kg The cost of this service is £19.95. Royal Mail state that this service can take between five and fourteen working days.
Please be aware that this is not a trackable service outside the UK. Please check if there are any custom charges to be paid for your country of destination. It is your responsibility to pay any custom costs incurred.

The product price excludes Tax, Customs and Local Border Handling Charges (you will be responsible for paying these yourself within your own country).

How We Package Your Purchase
Depending upon the size of your purchase, your order will either be sent in plain box packaging or a plain jiffy bag. There will be no mention of the company that you have purchased from (remember we are discreet). As we send our parcels tracked, we do though have to have a return address label. This will be a plain address label with no mention of Liberty WIgs. We will simply use Liberty.
Ooops, Where’s My Order?
You should receive an e-mail to let you know that your order has been processed and despatched.
It is rare, but on occasion, Royal Mail may not deliver your parcel, if this case arises then this is our next step. We will carry out a missing parcel claim with Royal Mail, but please remember we cannot start this process until 15 working days have passed from the date of despatch. After this time frame, we will arrange for your order to be re-processed and posted to you at no extra charge and we will then pursue the claim with Royal Mail. If, however, you wish to re-order beforehand, please place your order and this will be processed and despatched for you.
